CSA Program Description

Subscribers join the program with an investment in the spring. We deliver pre-packed boxes of fresh, certified organic produce to centrally located delivery sites in Rushford, Winona, Rochester, and the Twin Cities once a week from early June through the end of October.

Box contents vary from week to week, season to season, and include the very best of what we can grow at any given time of the year. Each week we email a newsletter with recipe ideas, information on lesser known vegetables, and updates on crops, farm projects, and activities. We also include articles on food, health, and the environment.

Subscribers receive priority in placing special orders for canning, freezing, parties, etc., at a wholesale price.

Members are welcome to visit the farm at any time during the season. We also host on-farm field days and events for members including a Spring Strawberry Social (6/21/08), a mid-summer Salsa Fiesta, and our autumn Hoe-Down Harvest Party.
